Welcome to Magic City Services Miami LLC ("Magic City Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our websites, services, or communicating with us via phone, email, or text message, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Magic City Services provides junk removal, pressure washing and soft washing, mobile auto detailing, and holiday lighting installation across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, Florida. All services are performed by independent contractors vetted and dispatched by Magic City Services.

Booking and Deposits

• Calls and quotes are always free
• Every booking, whether made online or by phone, requires a deposit to confirm your appointment: 25% of the service price for jobs under $400, and 50% for jobs $400 and up
• Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is paid
• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of the service
• Final pricing is confirmed before any work starts
• Appointments starting before 8 AM or after 6 PM include a $25 early-bird or after-hours fee

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits hold your appointment time and are non-refundable
• No-shows: the deposit will be retained

Text Messaging Terms

Magic City Services Miami LLC sends transactional and informational text messages to customers who opt in: replies to quote requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, deposit and payment links, technician arrival updates, and follow-ups after service.

• You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our website forms (optional and unchecked by default) or by texting us first
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase
• Message frequency varies based on your service interactions
• Message and data rates may apply
• Reply "HELP" for help, or call (305) 570-3041 or email info@magiccityservicesmiami.com
• Reply "STOP" to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include re-performing the service or issuing a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Magic City Services and its independent contractors carry general liability insurance. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Independent Contractors

All service professionals dispatched by Magic City Services are independent contractors, not employees. Each contractor maintains their own insurance coverage and is responsible for the quality of their work.

Payment

All payments, including deposits and remaining balances, are made directly to Magic City Services Miami LLC. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Please do not pay technicians directly; they are paid by Magic City Services. Tips for your crew are welcome but never required.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
