Welcome to Magic City Services Miami LLC ("Magic City Services," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our websites, services, or communicating with us via phone, email, or text message, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

Magic City Services provides junk removal, pressure washing, and mobile auto detailing services across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, Florida. All services are performed by independent contractors vetted and dispatched by Magic City Services.

Booking and Deposits

• Online bookings require a deposit ($25, $50, or $75 depending on the service package selected) to confirm your appointment
• Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service
• Remaining balance is due upon completion of the service
• Final pricing is confirmed after an on-site estimate
• Booking by phone is free with no deposit required

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service: full deposit refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: deposit may be retained as a cancellation fee
• No-shows: deposit will be retained

Text Messaging Terms

Magic City Services Miami LLC sends text message updates and responses to customers about pricing, scheduling, and services offered at www.magiccityservicesmiami.com.

• By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Magic City Services related to your booking, service updates, and customer communication
• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes
• Message and data rates may apply
• Message frequency varies based on your service interactions
• Text "HELP" for help
• Text "STOP" to opt out at any time

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include re-performing the service or issuing a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Magic City Services and its independent contractors carry general liability insurance. However, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Independent Contractors

All service professionals dispatched by Magic City Services are independent contractors, not employees. Each contractor maintains their own insurance coverage and is responsible for the quality of their work.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure payment processor (Stripe). Cash and Zelle payments may also be accepted at the discretion of the service provider.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
